From their self-titled album released in May 2005 with EMI Phils., HALE had established themselves by topping radios charts and record bars. "Broken Sonnet," is a rock ballad that has a clever arrangement and a simplicity stemming from its being a sonnet-wrapped-in-music. The second single "The Day You Said Goodnight" promises to be another mantra for HALE fans. Other hit-making rock ballads from these fine young talents are Here Tonight, Kung Mawawala Ka, Take No, Blue Sky, Wishing, Bent Down, Life Support, Kahit Pa, Runaway and Underneath The waves.
