One Hale of a Night
The Halers Grand EB
Hi halers. I am sooo pleased to announce that the Grand EB is finally
pushing through!!! October 18, 2005 will be one of the events
everyone will never forget.
Hindi lang sha ordinaryong eb marami po tayong side activities kaya
maaga magsstart ang program. meron tayong henna tattoo/face paint
booth (sa mga astigin), makeover booth (para sa mga kikay), and a
photo booth, sim swapping area and my favorite, food and drink
booths. hale merchandise will be on sale (by the hale boys mismo or
probably chino would be there), hale memorabilias will be on auction
(ive heard that sheldon will have his first bass guitar auctioned),
hale exhibit and an album selling area (para sa mga wala pang album
jan).
tentative pa ang start ng program.. mga 6pm. pwedeng mapaaga. all the
ushers and the registration committee na mamemeet nyo are halers din.
here's the deal...
ang makakakuha lang ng mga freebies ay ang mga taong nagvote sa ating
poll dahil yun lang ang mapprint na email addresses so pag wala ang
email address nyo dun, sorry na lang. we are allowing everyone to
take a picture with hale pero mejo malabong mangyari yun lalo na sa
mga hindi registered. we are alloting time for the picture taking
PERO, inuulit ko, ang mga registered lang ang pwede. everybody will
have nametags once makapasok ng venue pero iba ang kulay ng nametag
ng mga registered. only the registered halers will have stubs for the
drinks, photo with hale and a chance to join the raffle for bigger
autographed new hale posters, shirts, cds, and probably the "champ
broken sonnet" shirt.
meron din tayong audio visual presentation where you get to watch the
band members answer all of your personal questions for them. just
send it sa wearehale5@yahoo.com. deadline is until September 17
ipapakita rin ang some of their tv appearances/perfomance.
we are making sure that EVERYBODY gets to meet them. para po sa ATING
LAHAT ito. thing is.. i need your cooperation as well para maayos at
masaya ang listers night natin. after the party, we are hoping na
makikisaya din ang band members sa atin. sana walang mangulit,
mangalmot at sumunod lahat sa rules. kaya kung ako sa inyo, bumoto na
kayo so your name will be registered pagdating nyo sa venue.
ichecheck kayo ng registration committee, bibigyan kayo ng nametag,
stubs, and program for the whole night. you'll get freebies from the
sponsor kaya hindi lang sulit sa olrayt ang gabi nyo, may mauuwi pa.
and part of the proceeds will go to a charity of their choice.
world expo, greenbelt ang venue. para malaki.
6pm ang start
tentatively. 100 lang ang entrance. pwede ang hindi lister pero wala
silang freebie. shempre isa yun sa priveleges of being a haler.
